CSD series carbonated beverage filling machine is a three-in-one filling machine integrating bottle rinsing, filling and capping. The machine is controlled by PLC system and operated by touch screen with high degree of automation. According to the characteristics of gas beverage, the filling valve adopts isobaric filling valve, precise liquid level control, stable filling. Equipped with carbon dioxide pressure precise control pressure regulating device, filling level accurate and stable. The main machine is equipped with many protection and alarm devices such as bottle jam, lack of bottle, lack of cover and overload to ensure the quality of carbonated drinks.
▼ Working Process
Glass bottles enter into the filling machine through the air conveyor and transferred into the rinsing machine through the dial bottle star wheel. The back to the table of bottle-washer machine is equipped with bottle clamps, they can clamp the bottle mouths and turn 180° along the guide rail, which make bottle mouths downward. In a specific area of bottle-washer machine, the nozzles of bottle-washer clamps squirt water, which can wash the inner wall of bottles. After washing and draining, the bottles are clamped by the bottle clamps and then turned over 180° along the guide rail, so that the bottle mouths are upward. The washed bottles are exported from bottle-washer machine through bottle-pulling star wheel and transported to filling machine. The bottles entering the filling machine are clamped by the bottleneck snap-gauge which installed on the lifting equipment, and bottle mouths rise under the action of cam to contact the filling valve, then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth. Before filling, the filling liquid cylinder needs to carry out pressure backup, so that the filling pressure reaches the carbonated beverage filling requirements. In the filling process, when the mouth of the bottle contacts the valve, the bottle will be filled with carbon dioxide gas, so that the pressure in the bottle rises and maintains a balance with the pressure in the filling cylinder. After the filling valve is opened, the carbonated beverage flows into the bottle through the filling valve until the filling process is completed. After the filling, the bottle mouth leaves the filling valve under the action of the downward pressure CAM, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition dial. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine stucks bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. The capping head keeps revoluting and rotation on the capping machine, and realizes the the movements of grasping, covering, screwing and removing the cap under the action of cam to complete the whole capping process. Through the bottle thumb wheel, the finished bottles are transported from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain, and the three-in-one machine is transported by the conveying chain.
